About Us

Akyildiz Engineering was founded in 2002 in Istanbul, at Tekstilkent. Built on the decades of industry experience of our founder, Zafer Sarıtaş, we aim to offer manufacturers the right products at fair prices and make their work easier.

We supply products to many sectors such as textiles, printing, cardboard, packaging, metal and jewellery. Alongside products we bring in from countries like Germany, Italy and Japan, we have been the Turkish distributor of Textilia Solingen®, made in Solingen, the heart of cutting-tool production, for many years.

Drawing on our experience in scissors and tweezers, we launched our own brand Yellowstone® in 2010 and the KONT® brand in 2013. Today we offer a wide product range: textile scissors and tweezers, weaving needles, GSM cutters, loupes and magnifiers, retouching and marking pens, swatch card materials, stain-removal products and barcode solutions.

We export directly to many countries around the world and serve customers in Turkey and abroad. Both large and small orders are welcome.
